U-23チケットキャッシュバック
公演当日、23歳以下でチケットをご購入されている方に現金2,000円をキャッシュバックします。
対象の方は公演当日、会場に設置される「キャッシュバック受付窓口」にて年齢を確認できる身分証をご提示ください。
キャッシュバックの対象は公演当日23歳以下で対象公演のチケットをご購入されているお客様となります。
キャッシュバックをご希望のお客様はチケットをご購入の上、年齢の確認できる身分証明書を必ずご持参ください。
年齢が確認できない、身分証明書をお忘れになられた場合はキャッシュバックの対象外とさせていただきます。
また、身分証のコピー・写真では対応いたしかねますので予めご了承ください。
- 代理でのキャッシュバックはお受けできません。必ずご本人が窓口までお越しください。
- ライヴ終演後の対応はお受けできません。キャッシュバックのお手続きはご入場前に窓口で行ってください。
- 公演当日、会場にご来場されたお客様がキャッシュバックの対象となります。対象公演終了後のキャッシュバックは対応いたしかねますので予めご了承ください。

- Ticket Limit: Maximum 4 tickets per person
- Children below school age are not permitted to enter.
- A ticket is required for all attendees of elementary school age and older.
- To protect children’s ears from loud sounds, we kindly ask guests with children to bring ear protection, such as earmuffs.
- Tickets can only be collected via electronic ticket.
- Not a special ticket category.
- Please carefully review the important notes on the purchase screen before completing your order.
U-23 Support Ticket
On the day of the show, guests aged 23 or under who purchased a ticket can get ¥2,000 cash back.
To receive it, please show a valid ID that proves your age at the Cash Back Counter at the venue.
This offer is only for guests 23 or younger on the day of the show who have a ticket for the performance.
Customers wishing to receive a cashback must purchase a ticket and bring a valid ID that can verify their age.
Please note that if your age cannot be verified or if you forget to bring your ID, you will not be eligible for the cashback.
Also, we cannot accept copies or photos of your ID. Thank you for your understanding.
- Cashback cannot be claimed by a proxy. The person receiving the cashback must come to the counter in person.
- Cashback procedures cannot be completed after the live performance. Please complete the process at the counter before entering the venue.
- Only customers who attend the venue on the day of the performance are eligible for cashback. Cashback after the conclusion of the event cannot be provided.
Welfare Service
[For Domestic Guests]
Guests with a disability certificate will receive a ¥2,000 cashback at the venue on the day of the event, deducted from the ticket they purchased.
(This applies only to the individual holding one of the following certificates: Physical Disability Certificate, Rehabilitation Certificate, or Mental Disability Welfare Certificate.)
- Please bring one of the above certificates with you to the venue on the day of the event.
Cashback will be available only to those who attend the event in person on the day. Please note that cashback will not be provided to those who do not bring their identification on the day of the event.
[For International Guests]
Guests with disabilities will receive a ¥2,000 cash refund at the venue on the day of the event, based on the ticket they purchased.
(This applies only to the individual holding a certificate proving their disability.)
- Please bring a certificate proving your disability with you to the venue on the day of the event. Cashback is available only for those who attend the venue in person. Those who do not bring their certificate will not be eligible for the cashback.
